What I Did
I improved Ray-Ban Spain’s email marketing by designing a series of high-performing campaigns tailored to enhance user engagement and reduce unsubscribe rates. The strategy focused on aligning visuals and messaging with the brand’s premium identity.
Each email was crafted using A/B testing insights, allowing us to refine timing, copy, and layout. We personalized content for key segments to increase relevance and click-throughs, while ensuring design consistency across all emails.
As a result, we saw a 26% boost in open rates and a significant drop in unsubscribe rates. The campaign strengthened Ray-Ban’s brand presence through strategic targeting and clear, compelling content.
